Andy Vine to resign as Active Underwriter of Syndicate 962
Creechurch has announced that Andy Vine is resigning as active underwriter of Syndicate 962 at the end of 1999. The Board is currently considering the appointment of a suitable successor.

Andy Vine will remain a director of Creechurch Underwriting Ltd. and Charrington (962) Ltd. the Syndicate's service company, but will be resigning as a Director of most other Creechurch group companies, including Creechurch Dedicated Ltd. in order to reduce the potential for conflicts of interest.
